This practice can be done sitting on the edge of a firm chair with spine erect or in a standing qigong stance with soft knees.
Step 1: Place the center of your Left hand palm on the lower abdomen just below the belly button. Focus with your mind her and the breath will gradually arrive and the belly will expand.
Step 2: Place your Right thumb and index fingers on the K27 (Kidney Meridian) points. Location bilateral under the clavicle on each side of the sternum in the depression between two sternal ribs. Hold these points with the intention to connect energetically while continuing with Step 1. Continue for about 30 seconds, then move to Step 3.
Step 3: Place your Right palm over the base of your spine, stroking upwards for about 30 seconds. Feel the warmth radiating from palms. Move to Step 4.
Step 4: Place the tips of your index finger and your third finger simultaneously under the nose and under the lower lip, hold or tap for 30 seconds.
Breathe into the lower belly (Dan Tian), the True Mind, during the entire practice. The in breath is an importing of fresh energy and the out breath is for exporting stale tired energies.
Rest quietly at the end of the sequence of four Steps and notice what you are feeling. Repeat another sequence immediately or return as often as is needed to open and lift your energy.
